Courses

Our courses are experiential and practice-based, designed to engage the inner and outer capacities necessary to lead in the face of unprecedented unknowns. Our curriculum draws on integral theory, systems and complexity theory, key insights from the field of adult development, and Zen practice.

We offer one-day introductory sessions, three-day short courses, and longer learning journeys.
